1. Registering an Account

1. On the login page, click Register.

2. Enter registration information (enter the username, password email address).

Note: The email address must be authentic and valid because an email will be sent to the email address for account activation. The email address cannot be repeatedly used for registration.

3. Click Complete. If the registration succeeds, a prompt is displayed in the upper right corner, indicating that the account is registered successfully and you are required to activate the account within 24 hours.

4. Log in to the email box to check the activation email, which is in the following format.

5. Click on the link to activate the account.

2. Retrieving the Password

1. On the login page, click Forget Password.

2. Retrieve the password by using the username or the email address.

You can enter your username and click Complete. The password reset link will be sent to the email address used for registration.

Alternatively, you can enter your email address to retrieve the username and password.

3. Log in to the email box to check the password retrieval email, which is in the following format.

4. Click on the link, enter the validation code, and click Complete to reset the password.

3. Binding a License

1. Log in with your username and password.

2. Click Bind License .

3. Enter the SN and Authentication Code on the Bind License page.

4. Click Complete. The system redirects to the license download page and you will receive an email with the authorization result attached.

Click Batch Download, and you will download a compressed .tar package containing multiple licenses.

5. Install the license.

Copy the license to the device via TFTP or by using a USB flash drive.

Run the following command:

Command	license install  { bootflash: | slot0: | usb0: | usb1:} filename
Parameter Description	filename: Indicates the license file name.
Command Mode	Privileged EXEC mode

4. Unbinding a License

1. Log in with your username and password.

2. Click Unbind License in the main menu and click Unbind License in the upper right corner of Application List.

3. Unbind a license.

4. To obtain the validation code, query the authorization code and use the authorization code to obtain the validation code.

5. In the displayed dialog box, click Complete to submit the application.

6. Wait for after-sale personnel to approve the application.

After the application is approved, you can bind the authorization code to another device.

5. Applying for a Temporary License

1. Log in with your username and password.

2. Click Temporary License in the main menu and click Temporary License in the upper right corner of Temporary Authorization Code Application List.

3. Apply for a temporary license.

For example, enter the device SN 2999FN6Q60010 and select the validity period for the temporary license.

4. In the displayed dialog box, click Complete to submit the application.

5. Wait for after-sale personnel to approve the application.

After the application is approved, you are granted a temporary authorization code. The system automatically binds the temporary authorization code with the device, and sends an email that contains license information to you.
